PSV EINDHOVEN TAKE IT TO THE STREETS FOR THEIR NEW THIRD KIT

Inspired by terrace fashion and contemporary style, PSV Eindhoven focus on life beyond the pitch with their brand new third kit.

Having already released home and away kits that take design cues from the club’s rich history and proud local identity, their brand new away kit aims to bring these elements together with an altogether more street-ready composition.

A club founded not for glory, but for community, PSV Eindhoven always seek to remain true to their core values of unity and closeness to the fans - no matter how much domestic and international success and recognition comes their way. Both PSV and Umbro recognise and embrace the cultures and connections that football can inspire and build far away from any pitch, and the khaki-lead stylings of this new kit are a testament to this approach.

The primarily two-colour khaki and white design gives the jersey a smart, minimalist feel, while the understated tonal white and grey ‘shattered diamond’ detailing across the shoulders provides a sleek, contemporary edge, taken directly from Umbro’s latest street style releases.

With the instantly recognisable logo of PSV reimagined in the green and white of the jersey material, two breaks from the primary colour come with two of the integral and ever-present features of any Eindhoven kit. The deep-blue of the Philips logo on the left-sleeve, and the famous red and white striped flag of the club, that has remained with them since their foundation in 1913.

Constructed in a performance micro eyelet fabric, the jersey is both lightweight and durable; perfect for both the stresses of the game and of everyday life. The khaki-white colourway of the jersey is reversed on shorts, which are made from a high stretch woven fabric to give maximum range of movement, and retained down to the all-green socks, that have a tonal upper and white Umbro diamonds on the shins, and bespoke PSV lettering on the rear calf.

The shorts feature an elasticated waistband and internal drawcords, while the socks are designed with a cotton footbed and ‘cool-zone’ technology on the instep.
