Will I have to pay customs and import charges?

You may have to pay charges. Any customs or import duties are charged by local customs agencies, (not Cult Kits) once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel when being claimed.

Unfortunately, Cult Kits do not have any control over these charges, and Cult Kits cannot tell you what the cost would be. This due to customs policies and import duties varying widely from country to country. We suggest that it would be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you any item from Cult Kits. That way, you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting when originally placing the order.

If any parcels are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, Cult Kits reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs Cult Kits incur upon receiving the item returned.


What happens if my parcel gets lost?

Unfortunately, occasionally orders can go missing in the post. However, please don’t worry. All shipments are fully insured and Cult Kits will be happy to make a claim on your behalf if your order is lost. Cult Kits’ policy is to give all customers a full refund or to send a replacement, once the required time has expired, stated by the relevant shipping company or agency – set out in their terms.

If the reason on a customer’s parcel takes longer than expected to arrive, or gets lost, is due to the address given to Cult Kits was incorrect or incomplete upon making the order, Cult Kits cannot and will not, accept any liability for the customer error. Cult Kits will however try to help in every way possible in the event a customer has mistakenly entered incorrect information.

As a general rule Cult Kits will need to wait 30 days from the order being dispatched, before we can begin to investigate missing parcels.


Can I track my parcel?

All orders shipped are trackable by the customer. Cult Kits will email you tracking details to the email address given to us when placing the order. As soon as the parcel has been collected and processed a tracking number shall be sent. If you have note received your tracking reference, (being sure to check your junk folder) then please contact us and a member of our customer services team will be happy to inform you.


European & International Delivery

Due to the current international crisis in fighting COVID-19, we are keeping the information on this page as up-to-date as possible. Any updates are provided by the UK’s national postal service, (the Royal Mail) and the various counterpart foreign national postal authorities, that they connect with.

The number of countries that the Royal Mail can access is changing daily. However, at this current time, most major export routes remain open and post is being accepted and processed. Specifically, Royal Mail’s international services to the USA remain operational.

There are significant delays on specific countries at present, due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. You can check which of these countries are effected here.



A full refund will be given for items not described accurately in the product description. If your shirt doesn't fit when it arrives we are happy to exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. Returns are at the cost of the buyer.

Please contact us before returning an item. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received by us. All items must be sent back via a signed for delivery method.

If any parcels are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs we incur.
