INFO - This campaign the Gunners were managed by Unai Emery, the first season after Arsene Wenger's long reign. They improved their league form this season and finished 5th, missing out on a Champions League place by a point to their north London rivals; Tottenham. However, the squad did reach the Europa League final in Baku which gave them a second chance at snatching a Champions League place; unfortunately they were put to the sword by a dominant Chelsea managed by Maurizio Sarri, the match ended 4-1.
