KFC Clash, the series pitting famous faces against one another to show off their finest chicken dishes, launched on Tuesday is back again this week. This time it’s football legends Jimmy Bullard and Paul Merson, who will star in the next episode of the challenge.
With KFC fanatics still unable to get their hands on their favourite fried chicken, it appears we’ve seen more attempt to recreate the Colonel's finger lick’n courses in their own homes. But let’s face it – it’s no easy task. Believe us, we’ve tried.
Lats Tuesday, saw Chris and Kem go head to head in the KFC Clash series, but now it’s Jimmy Bullard and Paul Merson who are up next. Viewers will be able to vote for who is crowned the ultimate chicken champion, (god only knows what that trophy looks like?) as well as get involved from home and attempt the recipes.
For every battle, KFC will be donating to Comic Relief. Together with Comic Relief, KFC is aiming to raise £3million by 2022 in a bid to help organisations in local communities in the UK provide mentoring, employment and social skills for young people. So you might think it was just all a ploy to have you salivating and longing for a bucket of the Colonel’s finest. However, it really is for a great cause.
Where can you watch it? Well, the UFC (Ultimate Fried Chicken) fight, … not our words – will be streaming live on KFC’s UKI Instagram every Tuesday night for the next three weeks. So you’ve to time to go out and grab some ingredients.
