IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE:

Following the recent cyber incident at Royal Mail, we have now been informed that ALL Royal Mail services have resumed to all International Tracked services and their destinations, however we are still noticing delays within these services as Royal Mail are using different systems and protocols to dispatch international items.

Delivery of International Tracked items posted from Monday 30th January, may take slightly longer than usual and you may notice different tracking information as items leave the UK. 

There is NO delay to domestic (UK) Royal Mail services and we continue to ship via other shipping couriers as usual.

Thank you to all of our valued supporters for your continued patience whilst we try to get through this unprecedented period with the Royal Mail cyber incident on top of the ongoing strike action.

*All delivery aims are estimates provided by the shipping company and are usually accurate. DHL Global Mail ships via the Deutsche Post mail centre in Germany; where all orders are processed before being handed over to local delivery couriers/postal partners of their final destination.

Order Preparation and Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

Order Tracking

We will send you two emails relating to the status of your order. The first will confirm its creation and the second will notify you of its shipment. This second email will contain a tracking number and link for you to follow its journey.

 

VAT & Customs Duties

International orders including orders shipping into the EU may be subject to customs duty. These charges are collected by the destination country's local customs officials, and we cannot estimate their value, nor can we refund or reimburse such fees. If these charges are not paid and your package is returned to sender, Cult Kits Ltd. retains the right to collect any additional charges from your refund once it arrives at our office. 

We are registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS); this means that VAT will be calculated and collected at checkout for all orders to the EU valued up to €150. If your order is below this threshold and you are requested to pay any fees when your order has arrived at customs, please contact us at info@cultkits.com as soon as possible so we can provide you with an invoice with proof of your payment.

For orders to the EU over €150; VAT, import and duty fees may be applied upon import.
