Refund policy

 

You may return an item(s) within 30 days of receipt for store credit or a full refund of the price you paid for that particular item(s). Refunds will be issued once the item has been received by us.

Cult Kits Ltd cannot be held responsible for return parcels not received. We recommend sending parcels with a tracked service, making a note of the tracking number in case it is required at a later date.

If any parcels are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs we incur.

Returns are free of charge within the UK when selecting "Store Credit" as the method of refund. If a refund to your original payment method is preferred you may be required to cover the return shipping costs.
