Skateboard powerhouse outfit PALACE team up with Juventus and adidas for the shirt collab and collection of the year.
It was way back in May that there was mutterings of a Palace and adidas love affair that was rumoured to see them teaming up with Juventus. This, of course – set the skateboard and football world into a frenzy.
Then,… NOTHING. This left fans confused as to whether this was simply fans themselves suggesting a collaboration or the brands themselves teasing the internet to gage the hunger for the project.
Well, as was recently revealed – the trio finally unearthed the partnership only rumoured back at the start of the summer.
It was Juventus’ fixture versus Genoa that saw them don the Palace influenced jerseys and boy, did they send shirt fans into a trip, sparking debate across both the skateboarding and football communities a-like.
Along with a range of jerseys, the collection includes training gear, pullovers and a number of accessories. The jersey features a flashes of neon green, mismatching sleeves, an exclusive adidas x Palace crest and Juventus’ iconic black and white stripes turned into a mental gradient. One for the migraine sufferers there.
Palace joining Juventus in collaboration with adidas, sees them take on Nike and PSG, who have worn Jordan Branded kits, during recent cup and league matches.
The collection is set to release across palace locations and via the Palace web store and adidas.com, as well as Juventus.com. The collection is released on 8th November across Europe and US. Shortly followed on 9th November in Japan and China.
Good luck getting your hands on one – Palace releases of any kind are notorious for breaking shopping records when it comes to selling out. So be prepared to camp-outside stores to insure you don’t miss out. You’ve been warned!
Happy hunting.
