Refund policy
You may return an item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit or a full refund of the price you paid for that particular item(s). Refunds will be issued once the item has been received by us.
Returns made via Royal Mail or Other Couriers:
- You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
- Please allow up to 14 days after receipt for your refund to be issued. However at busier times this may be longer.
- Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation.
- If you are exchanging an order, please allow 14 days for this to be processed. New tracking information will be supplied as soon as the exchanged item is dispatched back to you.

While we take every care to source genuine vintage football shirts, many items may feature name and number printing on the reverse and/or sponsor printing on the front. Due to the varied origins of our stock and the fact that we acquire shirts from multiple suppliers, collectors, and private sellers, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of any name/number or sponsor printing on these items. All items are sold on this understanding, it is noted within the listing where possible, and no refunds or returns will be accepted solely on the basis of disputed authenticity of printing.
Vintage football shirts are delicate second hand items and should be treated with care. We provide washing and care recommendations in the product listing to help preserve the condition of your purchase. Please note that Cult Kits cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs from washing. In such cases, returns or refunds will not be sanctioned.
We do not offer refunds on the Secret Shirt or Mystery Cult Crate due to the nature of the product. If you wish to return you order, you will receive store credit.
If you order one of our made to order products (tees, totes, jumpers etc) you may only receive a refund if the item is defective. This is because all of these products are custom made per order. If you are not happy with size or no longer want the item you may return it and exchange for another item or you can select store credit.
Cult Kits Ltd cannot be held responsible for return parcels not received. We recommend sending parcels with a tracked service, making a note of the tracking number in case it is required at a later date.
If any parcels are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs we incur.
Returns are free of charge within the UK when selecting "Store Credit" as the method of refund. If a refund to your original payment method is preferred, or your shipping back to us from outside the UK, you will be required to cover the return shipping costs.

EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers based in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer rights law.
To make this process simple, we provide a withdrawal portal where eligible EU customers can submit a withdrawal request, select the items they wish to return, and receive confirmation of their request.
Withdrawal requests are automatically approved where eligible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and customers will receive an email confirmation once their request has been submitted.

Please note, some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. This may include personalised or made-to-order items, sealed hygiene goods that have been opened, perishable items, digital content once accessed, sealed media once opened, newspapers or magazines, and goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Important: International Returns Must Be Marked as "Returned Goods"
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you must clearly declare the package as "Returned Goods" on all customs and shipping documentation.
This is essential to ensure that UK customs do not charge import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees on goods that are being returned.
Please note:
- The package must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods".
- Any customs forms must accurately state that the contents are a return and not a new sale.
- Any import charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete customs declarations will not be accepted by us.
If a return arrives with VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees due because it has not been correctly declared as "Returned Goods", we will refuse delivery and the package will be returned to the sender.
Any costs associated with the return shipment, return-to-sender charges, or re-shipping of the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your courier before shipping if you are unsure how to correctly complete the customs declaration.
