Are Cult Kits shirts authentic/legit? 

Yes, every shirt that we sell has been authenticated by a member of our team. We do occasionally sell authentic re-issues such as Adidas Originals, however these are always clearly labelled in the product title and description.

Does Cult Kits ship to my country?

I want to order more than one shirt, does the shipping charge change?

This depends on the shipping option that you choose at checkout. The price of shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout and there may be a small incremental increase based on the weight and size of the package. For UK orders we offer free standard shipping for all order over £50.


Does Cult Kits pay for Import VAT & Fees when shipping to the EU?

We are registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS); this means that VAT will be calculated and collected at checkout for all orders to the EU valued up to €150. For orders to the EU over €150; VAT, import and duty fees may be applied upon import.


Can Cult Kits mark parcels as a “gift” or declare a lower value so my order doesn’t incur customs charges?

We can NOT do this because it is against the law. Random inspections are regular, and we are held accountable if we are found to be under-declaring our exports.

Why is my order still with customs and how long will it take to clear?

We are not able to put a time frame on how long a customs entity will hold onto an item for. During this time, they may contact the recipient to request further information from them or payment of any relevant inbound duties and taxes that are due on the shipment. They may NOT contact the recipient as they may just be investigating the nature of the shipment and input from the recipient may not be required.


Will Cult Kits supply a tracking number?

Yes, when your items have been shipped you will receive an email with a link to tracking information.

Why has my tracking information not updated?

Most often the reason for this is because the postal service have not yet scanned your parcel at it's next stage. There can sometimes be delays caused when our UK couriers hand over a shipment to the respective International handlers, again this is usually just a scanning delay with your local courier and tracking will quickly update once scanned. Always check your tracking reference with your local courier for more accurate updates.
