Fernando Torres was lethal in front of goal, he used to bully the likes of Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic. During his spell with Liverpool, when he went through on goal he would inevitably score. El Nino came through the ranks of Atletico Madrid and went on to make 214 appearance in his first spell with the Spanish giants, scoring 82 goals on the way. He signed for Liverpool in 2007 and spent 4 years terrifying Premier League defenders and managers, he then moved to league rivals Chelsea where he would find it difficult to recapture his scintillating form. Torres was crucial for Spain's international dominance, scoring the winning goal in the 2008 European Cup final vs Germany and scoring one of 4 goals in the 2012 final victory against Italy.
