Are Cult Kits shirts authentic/legit?

Yes, every shirt that we sell has been authenticated by a member of our team. We do occasionally sell authentic re-issues such as Adidas Originals, however these are always clearly labelled in the product title and description. Cult Kits only sells legit shirts.

Does Cult Kits pay for Import VAT & Fees?

International orders including orders shipping into the EU may be subject to customs duty. These charges are collected by the destination country's local customs officials, and we cannot estimate their value, nor can we refund or reimburse such fees.

US Customers: All US Import Tariffs are covered by us! It's business as usual when you shop with Cult Kits!

EU Customers: 
As mentioned above, we are registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS); this means that VAT will be calculated and collected at checkout for all orders to the EU valued up to €150. This will be shown at checkout and displayed as "Tax". For orders to the EU over €150; VAT, import and duty fees may be applied upon import. No tax calculation will display for such orders.

Australia:
$1,000 AUD. 

Hong Kong:
There are no taxes to pay as there is a free trade agreement between the UK and Hong Kong.

Vintage football shirts require gentle washing to avoid damaging their delicate materials, prints, and stitching. Here’s how to wash them safely: 

• Hand Wash When Possible
• Avoid Bleach & Harsh Detergents

Drying your vintage shirts properly is just as important as washing them: 

• Air dry and avoid direct sunlight
• Do NOT tumble dry

Proper storage helps prevent wear and tear over time: 

• Use Hangers for Display: Padded or wide hangers are best.
• Fold for Long-Term Storage: If storing the shirt in a drawer or box, fold it carefully to avoid creasing prints.
• Keep in a Cool, Dry Place: avoid attics or basements.

Many vintage football shirts feature printed sponsor logos, badges, or graphics that are prone to damage:

• Avoid Direct Heat: Keep shirts away from radiators or other heat sources.
• Do Not Iron Over Prints: If you need to remove creases, turn the shirt inside out and use a low-heat setting. Place a clean cloth over the area before ironing.

International Shipping Policy Update: EU Customs Changes

Effective 1 July 2026, the European Union has updated its regulations for low-value imports. 

New EU €3 Customs Duty
Previously, online orders sent from outside the EU valued at €150 or less entered completely free of customs duty. Under the new temporary EU regulation, a flat customs duty of €3 applies per item type for low-value parcels. 

This temporary rule will remain in effect until 1 July 2028, when the permanent digital EU Customs Data Hub launches.

This €3 customs duty is separate from, and in addition to, any standard local Import VAT required by your country. This fee will be requested by the carrier prior to final delivery.
