East London Celtics FC launch new home and away shirts to celebrate their community and raise awareness for Blood Cancer UK.

Originally formed under the name the 'Boston Celtics FC'  – the newly formed East London Celtics are on a mission of spreading good will and celebrate the people that make up their community.

Each shirt features a pattern made up of an abstracted map of the marshes and their surrounding areas. The crest itself represents the club's heritage, with the four inwardly pointed hearts that form the clover of the crest.

"WE WANTED THE DESIGN TO HIGHLIGHT THE TOGETHERNESS WITHIN THE SQUAD, PAY HOMAGE TO THE HISTORY OF THE CLUB AND IT'S CELTIC ORIGINS, AND CELEBRATE BORN AND BASED TEAM."

The shirts and clubs crest were designed by East Celtics' right-back and graphic designer – @thisisgrace .

East London Celtics FC have gone from strength to strength both on and off the pitch in years. The club are made up of two Sunday League teams that play on the Hackney Marshes, in the Hackney and Leyton Leagues Premier Division and the other in the Camden Sunday League Division one.

The club's main shirt sponsor – Randy's Wing Bar, have been pivotal in the club's development in recent years. The club has collaborated in running numerous fund raising events, as well as supporting free weekly training sessions for players from all walks of life and circumstance.

The club's growth has seen the acquisition of a second jersey sponsor – Rubix Design & Build. Rubix have also invested in the community club, providing vital training equipment and like Randy's – supported training sessions.

The EL Celtics have raised over £4,000 through other fundraising activities in recent years for both community and charities a like.
