There’s no doubt that German international Feli Rauch is a classy player. The defender has 50 caps and counting for Die Nationalelf and a host of accolades to her name including a bronze medal at last year’s Paris Olympics.
What you might not know is that Rauch also possesses bags of style, and in a recent shoot with creative studio Saudade House her eye for fashion and the best of vintage Germany gear was on full display.

Rauch styles a range of archive pieces including classic kits, jackets and even vests to perfection. Germany kits and training wear has long been the envy of fans, not least because of their timeless and often pared down look. The synergy with Feli, a self-proclaimed lover of minimalism, is clear, and each fit shows the best of Rauch’s personal style and some of the hidden gems Germany have enjoyed over the years.

The worlds of football and fashion have never been closer but Saudade House, who previously collaborated with Portuguese international Jéssica Silva on a shoot earlier this year, have shown a particular knack for bringing out the best of the marriage.

As all eyes now turn to Switzerland for the Women's Euro where there will be plenty of players taking the opportunity to flex their fashion sense to the watching world. Don’t be surprised if Feli Rauch is one of the players leading the way both in that department and on the pitch.
