A Collection Of A Lifetime.
This extraordinary collection originates from Tony Heywood, a much-loved Manchester United cleaner who served the club with dedication for over 40 years. Working daily inside the dressing room, Tony became a trusted and familiar figure to generations of players and staff.
Over four decades he quietly accumulated hundreds of match-worn, match-prepared and player-issued shirts — each one personally retained during his time at Old Trafford.
His archive spans the club’s greatest eras, including pieces from icons such as David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney and Eric Cantona, alongside rarities like Champions League Final-issued shirts, 1994 Coca-Cola Cup Final kits, and many more unique items preserved directly from the heart of the club.
Backed by a signed letter from Tony and video documentation of him sharing the collection, this is one of the most authentic and important privately held Manchester United wardrobes ever released to the public.
