As 2024 draws to a close, it is only right that we recap and rank our favourite new kit releases of the year!

30. Inter Miami 2024/25 third shirt
Major League Soccer and adidas unveiled the adidas x MLS Archive Collection, which includes third jerseys worn by five clubs throughout the remainder of the 2024 season.
Drawing on the nostalgic look of sports broadcasting, advertising, magazines and catalogs, the adidas x MLS Archive Collection creates a unique narrative for each club. The collection features jerseys, jackets and Gazelle shoes that lean into a retro theme of each club’s city.
29. Liverpool 2024/25 third kit by Nike
While adidas have revived the trefoil on some of their third shirts this season, Nike have introduced the double vertical swoosh. We like this Liverpool kit anyway - the yellow and red trim, especially, which evokes memories of the 1980s.
28. Manchester United 2024/25 adidas third kit
Oh my – the Manchester United third shirt is a thing of beauty. The devil crest, the chest bands of colour. It's a winner.

27. Man United 2024/25 Adidas away kit
Given the quality of some of the adidas away kits for 2024/25, you would have hoped for something a little more daring for United. Alas, the three stripes have played it safe with a decent but inoffensive navy blue kit.
26. Arsenal 2024/25 Adidas away kit
Arsenal got their second black away kit in three years with this little beaut from Adidas, produced in collaboration with London menswear label Labrum. To be fair, that canon logo would make any jersey special.
25. Chelsea 2024/25 Nike home kit
Nike's dropped this eye catching stunner designed for Chelsea's latest campaign in the Premier League. The template is very similar to the South Korea away shirt currently being worn by the Taegeuk Warriors. We like the no sponsor look too, showing off the design in all its glory!
24. West Ham United 2024/25 Umbro away kit
It was back to black for West Ham's away shirt this season. This has been named 'The Cockney Kit' due to the graphic representation of the iconic St Mary-le-Bow woven into the fabric. Decent enough.
23. Greenland 2024/25 Hummel Home Shirt
Celebrating an extraordinary football community that unites Greenland despite it's vast distances and the country's rich traditions. Though it looks exactly like the Denmark kit from a far, hummel have added traditional Greenland markings throughout the kit.
22. Crystal Palace 2024/25 Macron home kit
Palace's home kit this season marked a return to the club’s trademark red and blue stripes, with embedded repeated eagles nesting within the contrasting sections and a fine red, white and blue trim sported around the collar and sleeves. As part of the club’s celebrations to mark 100 years since the official opening of Selhurst Park, the kit also features a commemorative ‘stamp’ on the back collar of the shirt.
21. UNAM Pumas 2024/25 Nike home and away kits
If you know Cult Kits, you'll be aware of our love of Mexican shirts, in particular UNAM Pumas, who always have incredible jerseys. This season's home and away are insanely beautiful, especially the home, which takes it cues from the 1997/98 away kit.
20. Sampdoria 2024/25 Macron third kit
Some really lovely flourishes on this Samp third jersey, not least the subtle graphic pattern that runs across the fabric.
19. Versailles 2024/25 Kappa third kit
More understated elegance from Kappa, this time for Versailles. The gold print elevates this to 'corrrrrr, look at that' status.
18. Suwon 2024/25 fourth kit
A lot going on here and all of it is good. More innovation and boundary-pushing from Hummel.
17. Leeds United 2024/25 adidas away kit
16. Triestina 2024/25 Kappa home kit
That detailing on the collar might be the best thing we've seen this year.
15. Palermo 2024/25 Puma third kit
It's all about the sleeve and side panel graphics on this bad boy. Very easy on the eye.
14. Uruguay 24/25 Nike home shirt
Nike have kept it clean and crisp for the South Americans. The yin and yang collar is a nice tough. And look at that badge...
13. Denmark 2024/25 Hummel x Halo home kit
Another football and fashion collab, this time between Danish kit giant Hummel and Scandy fashion brand HALO. A modern classic.
12. Blackburn Rovers 2024/25 Macron third kit
Macron were at it again with what we think is another stunner. Forget the slightly ugly WR sponsor and focus instead on the chunky collar and cuffs with symmetrical crest and logo printing.
11. Tottenham Hotspur 2024/25 Nike third shirt
It wasn't only Adidas who went in hard with their third kits this year! This green number from Spurs is our top pick from the flipped double swoosh Nike series offered by the US clothing powerhouses.
10. Club America 2024/25 Nike away kit
Club America and Nike triumph once again! Massive centered badge and swoosh accompanied with a delicious repeat Club America badges from across the club's history, what more do you want? This gets the nod from us - we're giving this beauty an 8.5. Beautiful.

8. Botafogo 2024/25 reebok home kit 
Reebok are back in a big way! This beaut designed for Botafogo's 130 year anniversary is an absolute fashion statement.
7. Arsenal 2024/25 adidas third kit
It's a bold design that gives even the shirts from the early to mid 90's Arsenal stock a run for their money. The trefoil badge combined with the stripped back canon badge is glorious, while the northern lights-inspired colourway is positively dreamy. We very much like.
6. Real Madrid 2024/25 adidas third kit
Real have gone for all out elegance here. The premium all-over 'RMCF' monogram pattern, the polo collar – it's sleek and smart. We want one.
5. Newcastle United 2024/25 Adidas third kit
Well this is nice, isn't it? The colours take their cue from the 1999/2000 away kit, as worn by Sir Bobby Robson's Newcastle United, while the badge is a throwback to the Magpies' crest in the 80s. What's not to like?
4. Copenhagen 2024/25 adidas third kit
Considering this shirt is inspired by Copenhagen's 4000 green benches, it is a surprise how strikingly beautiful it is. An absolute must have for any collector and rightfully in our top 5 kits of 2024!

Gold zebra crest. You had us at gold zebra crest. The overall colour palette is deep moody sensation and we think it might just be an all time great. Once again an elegant offering for the Old Lady. Bravo adidas, bravo.
